Lyndoch – Casual Front of House Team Member

Sunrise Bakery & Café Lyndoch is looking for a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented person to join our team in a casual role, working approximately three days per week (15-20 hours), with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, easy to get along with, and enjoys contributing to a positive, supportive, and team-focused workplace. If you have a positive attitude, are reliable, and are happy to pitch in wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you.

This position follows a rotating three-week roster, with shifts scheduled in advance to provide certainty.

The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts rostered only every second or third weekend. Start times vary from 7:30 am to 9:30am depending on the shift.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, possess excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, work well in a fast-paced team environment and display a willingness to learn. The position involves customer service, barista duties, kitchen work and cleaning. Previous kitchen/café and barista experience an advantage but not necessary.
